The Graziani family have had this property for several generations and have lovingly restored the grounds and main house dated 1795 into 10 stunning Italian Styled Brick Apartments 

Throughout the years many changes have been made to the site and you can see engraving of the builders date and initials on different parts of the restorations

The attention to restoration detail and the preservation of the local history at Case Graziani is superb!

Your 2010 Accommodation Options at "Case Graziani" Includes:

 All apartments have 2 bedrooms with double beds. Your accommodation fee covers the entire apartment plus cleaning during your stay for 2 people.

 If you have more than 2 people staying, there is a 30 Euro per person charge for additional room cleaning for the 2 weeks

Getting Around Umbria: 

It is best that you hire a vehicle, especially if you have family with you.

We will have a vehicle that holds 4 students so we can transport you to the local supermarkets & shopping centers for all your food & shopping requirements, transfers to and from the main train station of Chiusi, which is on the main train line 1 1/2hrs direct from Rome, Florence or Milan and close to the Workshop

The Rome Airport has a train direct into Rome Termini, then you catch the next train out to Chiusi where we will be waiting to collect you

We will show you our favourite hidden local restuaurants in town and take you on a Special Dining Experience - Umbrian Style!

(All food costs and entertainment are at your expense including the final dinner at the end of your course) 

 As mentioned, if you are bringing your partner or family we suggest you hire a small car so they can visit the local area whilst you are building your guitar. The local Chiusi train station is only a 10 minute drive from our Case Graziani accommodation.

Case Graziani is very central to lots of sight seeing and restaurants

It is very simple to drive around the Umbria area!

We use Europcar Hire - they are in the township of Chiusi 10 mins from Case Graziani

For Car hire purposes most of Italy is CLOSED on Sundays!

If you are coming in on a Sunday we will collect you from Chiusi train station then take you into town the next day to collect your car
